XJTAG Boundary Scan: fast hardware design & debug, fault detection and high-speed programming
XJTAG provides advanced boundary-scan hardware and software tools. It is a complete solution for testing populated printed circuit boards using JTAG, providing products and services for fault detection and fast in-system programming. The system can be used on any hardware with at least one JTAG boundary scan device - such as FPGAs, microprocessors, DSP, microcontrollers and ASICs. Testing both JTAG and non-JTAG devices using standard library files means that hardware, design and test engineers can verify their boards are built and working as they should be - without any embedded software required.
Alongside the core boundary scan testing, XJTAG offers high-speed programming of internal / external Flash devices, integration with 3rd-party test equipment (e.g. J-Testr, Keysight, Agilent, SPEA) and software environments including NI LabVIEW™ & ATEasy®.
