Functional Test Systems

The J-Testr is a highly configurable, compact functional test unit that provides a complete mechanical, power, thermal and stimulation environment to the users’ Unit Under Test (UUT). With ‘Exchangeable Unit’ options for both ‘Bed of Nails’ and directly cabled connections to the UUT, the test system is suitable for low, medium and high volume UUT production all within the same platform.

A full range of options is available, so that customers can either develop their own test platform or request a full turnkey service. The systems can be setup and driven by a range of software, including XJTAG (typically for boundary-scan enabled boards), ATEasy, Python and other languages.
